We wanted to share with our readers just a snippet of how our Team is preparing for Atlanta Market 2015. Look for pictures on Instagram and Facebook during our Atlanta Market experience starting Monday, August 3. At this time each year our entire staff is racing around the clock to prepare for Markets. Our first market is Atlanta, World of Prom, at the AmericasMart. With plenty to do - editing images, preparing look books, buying supplies and organizing the 2016 lines - there is little time for anything else. We wanted to share just a snippet of our preparation experience with our readers. Iridium-at-Atlanta-Apparel-04 Shipping Department Our staff packed over 27 boxes and shipped them (yesterday!) to the Atlanta World of Prom Market at AmericasMart, the largest wholesale market for Prom retailers. With a perfectly labeled system, unpacking should be an easy feat. The large, over-sized boxes are recycled from the shipments of stock received during the previous seasons. This year our team made sure that each box was labeled with numbers and collection names. We are bringing more dresses and more collections than we have ever had to the Atlanta Market and will present them to our Authorized Retailers. "Hopefully the boxes hold up so we can use them to ship the dresses back to our warehouse," syas Patty, the head of our Shipping Department. 20150730_105559 We are bringing over 125 samples from each of our Collections: - Prom (2 lines) = 50+ prom ball gowns, long formal gowns & short party dresses - Bridal (2 lines) = 25+ stunning wedding gowns - Social Occasion = 30+ designs for the more mature customer - Celebrations = 20+ ready-to-wear dresses, day-to-night dresses & more Creative Team There are so many new creative projects for this years market. Our Creative Team has worked diligently to move into the new era. Here are some things that our Creative Team has worked up, and been working on, while preparing for the 2015 Atlanta Market. 1) Electronic Look books with tablets for viewinguv sangria vodka 2) Welcome Folders for new and returning clients 3) B2B e-mail campaigns 4) Special Offers - multiple - for our Authorized Retailers 5) New banners, posters and even a step-and-repeat! 6) A New Glamourtini Drink with UV Sangria Vodka Travel We are doing things a little differently this year and traveling by car. Our Showroom Staff is currently packing up our vehicles with the computers, tvs, steamers, and - of course - our personal items to drive the 8 hour drive to Atlanta, Georgia. In the past we have flown but with our growing number of products to offer and Authorized Retailers we needed to expand out staff. Find out more about our market dates and information here.
