Shipping:
We ship to the United States and around the world from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO. In the USA, we primarily use UPS ground or USPS where appropriate. Internationally, we ship to most countries and primarily use FedEx or DHL where appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges:
Our dresses are so special that we have a special return and exchange policy. Most of our Prom, Bridal and Social styles are eligible only for exchanges or store credit, but not returns with a refund. All sales items are not returnable. We have a new Celebrations collection of fun and much less expensive dresses which are eligible for either a full refund or an exchange.
