When & why did you start selling formal wear?
Here at Dream Dress Express we opened our first store in 2016 in Sioux City, IA! Since then we have open two additional stores in the Lincoln and Omaha, NE areas! Our passion at Dream Dress is to help women look and feel their best! Helping a prom girl or bride find their dress and navigate this crazy industry is what we live for. It is what keeps us coming in every day. There is nothing better then being to help a girl take her vision of that important day in her life and making it come to life!
Name two things you would like future customers to know about your store.
If we could let people know just two things about our store we would first like to tell them that no matter what they will be welcomed. Our staff is there to help you, listen, and they will do everything in their power to make sure you have the best experience possible! The second is that we partner with some of the best vendors in the industry. Our Director works directly with the dress designers to pick out gowns specifically with our customers in mind. We make sure that our styles, designs, and quality of the gowns we have in the store are keep to a high standard.
What is unique about your store?
We have so many things that make our store unique! One of the best things is that we are a full service store. You will be guided throughout the process and our staff can help dress you and your date! Our staff is trained on both the dress side of our business and the tuxedo side!
What do you love about Sydney's Closet?
Dream Dress absolutely loves Sydney's Closet!!! We love that Sydney's Closet allows for all sized girls to look and feel their best! The quality and styles of the gowns that we bring in are amazing. Sydney's Closet's styles and designs are right on point and so is their coloring. They have options for the girls that want the bling and color and options for the girls that are going for the simple, sophisticated look. Sydney's Closet allows us at Dream Dress to help service all prom girls!
What trends are you noticing for prom this year?
One trend that we are loving is the iridescent gowns and the stretch fabrics that are coming in! Oh and we cannot forget our favorite... POCKETS! Gowns with pockets are AMAZING!!!
What do you love about the 2019 Tease Prom Collection?
The 2019 Tease Prom Collection gives us such a variety of styles to service our customers with! The gowns differ in fabrics, styles, shape, and it lets each girl express themselves!
