Out of the blue the color Navy dominated the red-carpet at the 86th Academy Awards for men and certainly women. Sandra Bullock won applause from the fashion critics for her curve-hugging sheath by Alexander McQueen.  So did Amy Adams in a striking Gucci Couture design. "I put it on and it felt like me. It doesn't always happen," she told E!
