Whenever possible, we exchange merchandise for size, color or another style. Sydney's Closet offers free ground shipping to send you the exchange item(s).
All returns need an Return Authorization (RA) to be processed.

Check your merchandise carefully. We cannot accept merchandise that is:
- missing original tags in the original position
- worn, torn, stained, soiled or damaged in any way
- missing accessories such as shawls or straps
Credits are issued for the total of your merchandise minus any sales tax, shipping and handling or rush fees.
Eligible Merchandise
We accept returns on most, but not all, merchandise. Exceptions include Sale Merchandise, Special Orders, and Specialty Items such as shoes, bras, accessories and shapewear.
We have a Celebrations collection of fun and much less expensive dresses which are eligible for fully refundable returns or exchanges.
Shipping Your Return
We only accept boxes with RA numbers written on the outside. All others are subject to refusal and may be returned to sender.

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 (seven) days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. No CODs.
