How do you and your staff recharge after a long day? With a good laugh(and a couple of margaritas)!
If you were to tell one person "Thank You" for helping you become the person you are today, who would it be and what did they do? My parents for always believing in my dreams and supporting me.
What characteristic do you most admire in your staff? Their sense of team and how they care for each other and our customers.
What would a "perfect" day look like for you? Full fitting rooms and lots of gowns leaving the store with smiling customers!
Describe the biggest accomplishment so far for your business. I guess it would be our growth from a home business to 1200 sq ft of retail to our present location of over 10,000 sq ft and of course all of our happy staff and customers.
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? Spend it with my kids/grandkids at the lake.
What is the best business advice you have been given? Excellent customer service is a given--you have to give more.
Name two things you would like future customers to know about your store. We would like them to know how much we truly care about each and every one of them and how hard we work to find just the right mix of merchandise to bring into our store. 
What is your go-to food, drink or restaurant for staff events? Carlos O'Kelly's (Mexican)
Do you have a store "motto" - spoken or unspoken? If so, what is it? Making beautiful weddings...one bride at a time!
What are you most known for? We enjoy providing a fun shopping atmosphere and gorgeous gowns in all sizes and awesome accessories to complete the look!
Which Sydney's Closet dress is your all time favorite? Why? Rainbow Ballgown--we had a magic mirror moment with a girl and she shared pics of her big day and how we made her feel! 
Why does Sydney's Closet do really well in your business? Fitting my curvy girls--and making their day!
Name 3 things that are always stocked in your office or break room. Chocolate, Chocolate and white out;)
What are the unique strengths of your store and your customer service? Our ability to spend one-on-one time with our customers to help them find the perfect gown for their event. Having the wide array of sizes/colors in stock.
