A good night's rest!!! If you were to tell one person "Thank You" for helping you become the person you are today, who would it be and what did they do? My parents! They are one, because without both of them not sure I would be any where close to being the person I've become. Also, my faith and trust in God. What characteristic do you most admire in your staff? Their dedication to my business, and abilities to adapt to the numerous changes each year. What would a "perfect" day look like for you? A perfect day in the bridal business is having every customer walk out of your store with a dress from your store!!! Describe the biggest accomplishment so far for your business. We continue to double in bridal gown sales each year. Although, We are a very small store, we still feel this is a huge accomplishment. Also, The number of referrals coming in to the store after being open 3 years. 
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? Sky dive!!! What is the best business advice you have been given? Don't get wrapped up in buying to much inventory. Learn from your customers, and what they want before you talk to a sales rep. Every area is different, and knowing your customers will prevent over buying. Something I've had to learn the hard way. Name two things you would like future customers to know about your store. We strive to offer the BEST customer serve for each customer. We have a seamstress available to offer alterations on gowns. What is your go-to food, drink or restaurant for staff events? Ronetti's Restaurant family owned and directly across the street from the store. Which celebrity would you love to have walk into your store? Why?
Carrie Underwood. She has style, and many women would look at her as a role model. I think she would be fun and down to earth. What are you most known for? We are most know for the David Tutera Bridal Line we carry in the store. Along with other great Bridal Gown Lines. Which Sydney's Closet dress is your all time favorite? Why? We love the Michelle's Bridal Collection. It offers modern, trendy styles for every curvy bride. Why does Sydney's Closet do really well in your business? We have many plus size customers, and they like to have something beautiful and affordable for them. Name 3 things that are always stocked in your office or break room. Water, candy, and pretzels. What are the unique strengths of your store and your customer service? We try to really get to know and help every customer.
